What happens to your information.

I’m Jason Fricano, and I run this site. It collects very little. Here is all of it, in plain words.

Visiting this site

The pages set no cookies, run no analytics or tracking scripts, and have no forms.

Cloudflare hosts the site. Like any web host, it receives the technical details every visit sends, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the pages and keep the site secure. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

The fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser also sends your IP address to Google. See Google’s privacy policy.

Emailing me

When you write to jason@orcasolutions.dev, I receive your message and your email address. Your email comes straight to me and never passes through the service advisor or Agentplace. I use it to reply and to talk about possible work. I don’t add you to a mailing list or share your details with anyone else, and I’ll delete our correspondence if you ask.

The service advisor

The advisor is an AI assistant hosted by Agentplace. It helps you put your situation into a short brief, and it opens on Agentplace’s own page in a new tab. It doesn’t ask for your email address.

Your conversation is stored by Agentplace and processed by its AI providers, such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and AWS, to run the chat. Agentplace can access conversations to run its service. It isn’t used for marketing, and nothing is sent to me automatically.

In my Agentplace account I can see a list of advisor sessions with each one’s latest message and when it was sent, but not who sent it. If you’d like me to see your brief, copy it into an email to me.

To ask for stored conversations to be deleted, email jason@orcasolutions.dev and I’ll request it from Agentplace. Chats are anonymous, so tell me roughly when you used the advisor and something you wrote, to help find yours.

Please leave out anything confidential and save it for when we talk. The advisor is an AI: it can be wrong, and it can’t commit me to anything. I confirm any scope, price or timing myself, in writing.

If we work together

The written agreement for a project sets out how I handle your business’s information. The questions on the home page summarize the approach: your data stays yours, I ask only for what the work needs, and I tell you which AI tools will touch it before they do.

Changes and questions

If any of this changes, I’ll update this page and the date at the top. Questions about it go to jason@orcasolutions.dev.

Start a conversation

Tell me what you’re trying to make happen

A few sentences is plenty: what the business does, what’s dragging or what you’d like to build, and when you’re usually free to talk. Nothing to prepare.

Email

I reply within two business days. If it sounds like a fit, we’ll find 30 minutes to talk.

Try the service advisor (opens in a new tab)

It’s an AI on Agentplace’s own site that helps you put your situation into a short brief. Nothing reaches me automatically, so email me the brief when it’s ready. Agentplace keeps the conversation, so leave out anything confidential. How the advisor handles your information.
